Club Pairs Champions

Club Champions Update

The Club Pairs Finals wrapped up in style last Sunday, with both the Women’s and Men’s Pairs delivering a fantastic afternoon of bowls.

In the Women’s Final, Joy Young and Yvonne Mudiman took on Paik Wah U (sub Lan Lim) and Sue O’Connell in a great contest, with both teams putting on an excellent display.

Final Score: 21-11

The Men’s Final also lived up to expectations, as Ross Swain and Joe Baliva faced off against Gary Bernsdorff and Eddie Lowe in another high-quality matchup.

Final Score: 20-11

Congratulations to all players involved - it was a great couple of games and a terrific showcase of competition at the club!

Champion of Champions Singles

Best of luck to our Men’s Club Champion, William, who will be competing in the Champion of Champions next week!

William will kick off his sectional play at Club Merrylands on Tuesday 31st March from 9am and will be looking to progress through the week.

Friday 3rd April – Club Closed
Saturday 4th April – Normal trading hours & social bowls at 1pm
Sunday 5th April – Normal trading hours & social bowls at 9am
Monday 6th April – Club open 12pm – 7pm & social bowls at 1pm (Sheet is on the board)

Twilight Friday Pairs

Our Twilight Friday Pairs continues to be a great hit, and we’ve got plenty of time ahead of us before our next installment.

Make sure you get your teams in for the 10th of April! This is the perfect opportunity to either pair up with someone from the club or bring someone down from another club and show them our great facilities.
