Club Singles Update

The Blue-Ribbon event at Castle Hill has wrapped up, with the finals of the Major Singles played last weekend.

Congratulations to our Ladies Champion, Lan Lim, who delivered an outstanding performance to defeat Lynne Graham in a fantastic final. The Men’s title was claimed by William Harkins, who secured a victory over Paul Bryan.

A great effort by all players who made it to the pointy end of the championship. It was wonderful to see both the Women’s and Men’s Major Singles finals played side by side, enjoyed by over 50 members, showcasing the great atmosphere down at the club.

Club Championship Update

This is your last chance to enter the Women’s and Men’s Major Pairs! Entries close tomorrow (Friday) at 11am, so be sure to get your nomination in via BowlsLink before the deadline.

A friendly reminder that the Mixed Pairs competition is now open for entries!

You can register through BowlsLink or add your names to the board at the club. Don’t forget - entries close on 3rd March, so make sure you’re signed up in time.

Plaque Unveiling – Friday 27th February 2026

Members are warmly invited to attend a low-key unveiling of a commemorative plaque to mark the completion of the undercover all-weather green at the Bowling Club.

The unveiling will take place on Friday 27th February 2026 at 5:30pm at the Club.

Following the unveiling, those in attendance are invited to brief cocktail gathering.
