Presidents Update

From this month, our raffle prizes will include vouchers from Wright's Tender Meats, Kellyville Fresh Seafood (replacing Costi's Seafood) and a CHRG voucher, with each voucher valued at $25.

The number of vouchers available at each raffle will be based on the number of bowlers and visitors attending on the day.

TAB Facilities

From Wednesday 1 July, TAB withdrew its services from Castle Hill Bowling Club as part of changes to its national strategy. This means TAB betting facilities and access to Sky Racing 1 and Sky Racing 2 are no longer available at the Club.

This decision affects many smaller pubs and clubs across Australia.

For those wishing to access TAB services, including Sky Racing 1 and Sky Racing 2, these remain available at Castle Hill RSL Club in the Sports Bar.

President's, Life Members' and Volunteers' Day

Our annual President's, Life Members' and Volunteers' Day is fast approaching, with this year's event set for Saturday, 15th August.

This is a special day where we celebrate everything that makes our club great and recognize the incredible volunteers, Life Members and members whose hard work and dedication have helped make this club what it is today.

The nomination sheet is now up on the club noticeboard, so be sure to add your name. There is no cost to attend, with lunch provided from 12:00pm, followed by bowls from 1:00pm–1:30pm.

We look forward to seeing as many members as possible there for what is always a fantastic day.

Open Gender Senior Pairs

The opening round of the Open Gender Senior Pairs is now complete, with the new competition proving to be a great success and well received by members. There were plenty of quality games to kick things off, and we're looking forward to the rounds ahead.

BPL Cup Club Qualifying Event

The BPL Cup Club Qualifying Event was held at the club last night, with a fantastic turnout and 12 teams competing for three spots in the Regional Finals. It was great to see 10 Castle Hill teams in the field, showcasing the strong support for this exciting new event.

Congratulations to the three qualifying teams listed below, and we wish them all the best as they represent the club at the next stage.

The Regional Finals will be held in late August, so keep an eye out for further updates as the event draws closer.
