State Over 40 Pairs

Best of luck to Darren Garton and Andrew Weaver as they take part in the State Playoffs for the Over 40 Pairs this weekend at Yamba Bowling Club.

Their campaign will kick off on Saturday 6th from 8:45 AM, playing in a four-team section with three games scheduled for Saturday and, hopefully, finals on Sunday.

We wish them all the best!

Donations Update

Last week we held our annual Pink Day, and it was a great success with a fantastic turnout from our members. There was plenty of pink and plenty of fines, and we’re pleased to share that a total of $615.95 was raised for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Well done to everyone involved!

On the donation front, all fines from recent months have now been tallied, and a donation of $542.60 has been made to the Cancer Council (Relay for Life). Great effort all round!

Ladies Christmas Lunch

The Ladies Christmas Lunch is on again this year on 18th December, and numbers are already flying in! The sheet can be found at the end of the notice board. We’ll have bowls in the morning followed by a meal, with the whole day costing $35.

If you’re only interested in the lunch, that’s fine ($20)- just make sure to put your name down by next Tuesday so we can finalise numbers.
