Flo Willcox Day

The Flo Willcox Carnival was run and done on Monday, with a fantastic turnout from clubs across the region. Belrose, Greenlees Park, Merrylands, NBC Sports, North Epping, Pennant Hills, The Hills, Toongabbie, Wenty Leagues and Windsor all joined us to celebrate a great day on the greens.

CHRG Sports and Community Awards

Last week at the RSL, we had the pleasure of celebrating some of our incredible volunteers as part of the CHRG Sports and Community Awards. Bob Spicer, Hazel Turner and Lynne Graham were each recognised for their dedication, commitment, and the countless hours they’ve contributed to the club over the years. Their passion and hard work continue to make a real difference within our community. A massive congratulations to them all, the recognition is truly well deserved!

Social Bowls Uniform

With many new members and visitors joining our great club, we want to continue showcasing not only our fantastic facilities but also our proud club uniform. This is a friendly reminder to follow the advised uniform listed on the weekly social sheet. On days where BA-approved uniform or Club uniform is required, please ensure you adhere to the dress regulations. Thank you for helping us maintain a consistent and professional standard on the greens.

Upcoming Events

The Ladies Christmas Lunch and Bowls Day will be held this year on the 18th of December. We’ll start the day with our usual morning bowls, followed by our annual Christmas lunch to celebrate the end of the year. The lunch list is now on the board, so please put your name down if you intend to attend. If you have any questions, please reach out to William, Sue or Gail.

Salvos Christmas Hampers

Last call for donations for the Salvos Christmas Appeal! If you’d like to donate this year, please drop your items off at the Bowls Office with William or Gail by this Saturday. All donations are welcome, as long as they’re non-perishable.
