Men’s Club Triples Championships

The Men’s Final was played last Sunday between Col Lees, Mike Brien & Peter McGill and Daryl Hill, Darren Garton & Mark Horan, with the gents putting on a great show from all reports.

It was a tight game right the way through, with a couple of crucial ends helping Col Lees, Mike Brien & Peter McGill seal the victory and take out the Club Triples Championship.

Congratulations to Col, Mike and Peter on the win, and well done to Daryl, Darren and Mark on making it through to the final!

St Ives 5 A-Side

On Tuesday, we sent five ladies down to St Ives to represent Castle Hill in the St Ives 5 A-Side Tournament, and there was plenty on the line as we were the defending champions!

The side of Lan Lim, Joy Young, Sue O’Connell, Lori Singh and Florence Lee represented Castle Hill at a top level, remaining undefeated throughout the tournament and taking out the title once again!

Congratulations ladies on a fantastic effort and another great result for the Chargers!

State Over 40 Pairs

Congratulations to all our players who competed in the State Over 40 Pairs qualifying last weekend.

A special mention to Darren Garton and Mark Horan, who won their section and progressed through to the knockout stage. Unfortunately, the gents couldn’t progress any further, but it was still a fantastic effort to get through to the knockouts.

Men’s & Women’s Major Singles – Entries Now Open

The Men’s and Women’s Major Singles are now open for entries!

Just a reminder that this is a new club singles competition, so don’t worry about the singles competition held earlier in the year. This competition is for the end of 2026, with the winners going on to represent the club at the Champion of Champions NSW.

George Parry Fours – Entries Now Open

The George Parry Fours has been moved this year and will be played on Saturdays throughout October and into November.

This is a singles entry competition, with random teams drawn together once entries have closed.
