CLUB UPDATES

We’re excited to share the latest progress on the greens and the undercover canopy project.

The canopy structure is now fully built, with lighting installed, wired, and successfully tested. Cabling installation is currently underway to provide power and lighting around both greens, ensuring excellent coverage and safety. Installation of the canopy membrane has also begun and will continue over the next two weeks.

Meanwhile, the canopy paint has been professionally touched up and the surrounding paths have been levelled in preparation for upcoming concrete work.

Light poles for Green 2 have been delivered and drilling has been completed for the final two poles.

Bowls Updates

Over 40's Pairs

The State Over-40s Pairs Qualifying was scheduled to take place over the weekend, with eight Castle Hill teams ready to compete. Unfortunately, the event was washed out due to wet weather. A new date is yet to be confirmed, stay tuned for updates.

State Rookie Singles Qualifying

The Rookie Singles kick off this weekend, with several Castle Hill players taking part in what's sure to be a great showcase of up-and-coming talent.

All matches will be held at Pennant Hills Bowling Club, starting at 9:30am. Best of luck to our players, hopefully we’ll see some of them heading to Raymond Terrace for the State Playoffs!
